Learn to ski or ride with help from VSS and one of our favorite mountains just one hour away!

Learning to ski or ride can be an exciting activity no matter how old you are. Sure, kids learn quickly but adults can learn too! Why let the kids have all the fun? We can help you get ready for your first experience on the slopes....warm clothes, gloves, hats, etc., but we suggest you visit a mountain with a reputable "ski school" and learning center for your first day out. Wachusett Mountain in Princeton, MA is only an hour away and has such a learning center. You will need a very small ski or board to help with the learning process, far shorter then the size you would normally buy for yourself once you get the hang of it. Wachusett can provide you with an appropriate set of skis or snowboard and a first-timer's lesson. Take a lesson from one of their professional instructors, then come back to VSS and we'll help get you into the right equipment for your aspirations.
